She leaves to cherish her memories a her parents Money Williams and Denise Thomas. Her loving children Diamond, Taylor, Makiya, Andre and Miloni. 

She was s dear sister to Tanya and Andre. She also leaves her nephews Brandon, La'Quan, Shanami and Ashton, her nieces Takii and SHayla and her loving grand mother Alice Williams. 

Visitation with family on Thursday, February 2nd from 10-11 AM at George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.

OBITUARY 

Monet Denise Thomas was born on August 25, 1976 at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts to Denise E. Thomas and Money Williams.

Monet attended Milton High School in Milton and furthered her education in cosmetology at Blaine Beauty School in Boston, MA. She was a highly skilled hairstylist and fashionista. She was a social butterfly. Monet was a culture sponge and was known for being able to mimic any island accent and Caribbean dances.

 Monet enjoyed dancing at all the Jamaican clubs, doing hair, spending time with people she loved, laughing, and last but not least, she enjoyed looking and feeling beautiful. She was a compassionate, caring and kindhearted woman.

Monet Denise Thomas, at age forty, departed from this earth on January 12, 2017 with her family by her side at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Monet is survived by her mother and father; children Diamond, Taylor, Makiya, Andre and Miloni. Her sister Tanya and brother Andre; grandmother Alice Williams, Grandpa Bo and a slew of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather Thomas Williams.
